Refund & Return Policy

(As per Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 – India)

At Seri Global Avenue, we are committed to fair trade practices and customer satisfaction in accordance with applicable Indian laws. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Eligibility (India Compliance)

Customers may request a return within 2 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original invoice, tags, box/pouch, and packaging must be intact

  • Product should not show any signs of usage, damage, alteration, or tampering

  • Return requests raised after the prescribed period will not be accepted


2. Category-Specific Conditions

A. Jewelry (Artificial / Fashion Jewelry)

As per hygiene and product safety standards:

  • Earrings and pierced jewelry are non-returnable and non-refundable

  • Jewelry items are eligible only if unused and in original sealed condition

  • The following are non-returnable:

    • Customized or personalized jewelry

    • Jewelry purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers

    • Products damaged due to water, perfume, sweat, chemicals, or improper storage


B. Fashion (Clothing & Apparel)

Clothing items may be returned or exchanged if:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • Original tags and packaging are intact

  • No stains, odour, or signs of use

Size exchanges are subject to availability and limited to one exchange per order.


C. Accessories

Accessories (handbags, bangles, belts, hair accessories, etc.) are returnable if:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Free from scratches, breakage, deformation, or defects caused after delivery


3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

In compliance with Indian consumer law, if a customer receives:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect product

They must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photographs or video of the product

  • Images of outer and inner packaging

Upon verification, replacement or full refund will be provided without any additional charge.


4. Refund Process (India Standard Timelines)

  • Returned products undergo quality inspection upon receipt

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment

  • Shipping, COD, and convenience charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error


5. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • In cases of damaged or incorrect delivery, return shipping will be borne by Seri Global Avenue

  • Customers are advised to use a trackable courier service for returns


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

  • Refunds for cancelled orders (before dispatch) will be processed within 5–7 business days
